Beautiful moment from this week !

President Clara Morin Dal Col received a painting that I did as a gift upon her retirement.It is such an honour to have my work received this way.
Group photo:Vancouver Island & Powell River Regional Youth Represntative Danielle Atkinson, Minister Rustad, Provincial Women's Chair Victoria Pruden, Vice President Lissa Smith, President Clara Morin Dal Col, Paliamentry Secretary Marc Dalton, Stephanie Papik and Aboriginal Youth interns working within the various government Ministries.

Sherry Leigh Williams-Métis Artist Sherry Leigh Williams is a multi-faceted artist, writer, singer and songwriter was born and raised in the foothill community of Shining Bank Alberta. Alberta born of Métis and Celtic roots Williams says this history, as well as a love of nature, colour and the delight in the muse, influences her work. Sherry is a multi-faceted artist, and works in many mediums including painting, photography, sculpture, jewelry making as well as a performing artist with her band Southbound and Friends. A deep love of the land, wildlife and horses informed her early works.
